sketch to 3d curve?

Hi

I need to convert a sketch into a 3d curve, for doing a bead in sheet metal. This is required for beads which are in mre than 1 plane. is there a simpel way to do it?
right now I'm offsetting the sketch to get the 3d curve.

good idea... it does create a new entity, but probbaly better than offset.
