Sketching Dimension Decimal Places

Need a bit of help. I've looked through the endless locations for setting and can't find where to change the default decimal places when making a sketch in NX. Hoping someone can help here.

Version: NX 1969

Drafting preferences -> dimension -> text -> units -> decimal places.

So I've changed that one as well and still see the attached

Note that changing the dimension preferences won't affect existing dimensions, it will only affect newly created ones. You will need to edit the settings on any existing dimensions. Also, you may need to turn on the "display trailing zeros" option to see more dimension places.
