Hello Again,
Just wondering if this is the best way to do this? I have attached a screenshot...I created a section though a plane, then a datum curve, and will sketch around the datum curve(blue line) using the section datum as plane to sketch on. The only issues I have are the process of creating a closed boundry for the tool geometry I am generating to extrude a 1/4" plate to cradle this section, and all my feature/part creations are now not a child of the fixture but of the product weldment which I am trying to avoid having any references to in the end. I have researched available Pro_e material about this, but not a-lot out there.
This will work but just want to utilize the best possible process, and I am re-learning WF3. Thanks for any and all responses and have a good weekend.
