skimmer for condensate storage tank

kindly I would to ask you how can I design skimmer for condensate storage tank, what is the required method?

The system is use at Gas gathering station, they separate the condensate from gas , and send it to storage tank , after that they pumped the condensate from this tank by pipeline, but because the condensate may have some produced water they will use skimmer to separate between the condensate liquid and the produced water.
