I would like to know if is possible to cut the canopy skin at BL0 and which structural analyses are required.
I know that generally the area around the BL0 of an aircraft is an area of high operational tension stresses from fuselage banding and pressure. This is true especially for the fwd and aft fuse, but I don't know for the cockpit.
For these reason is not a good practice to split the skin at BL0 in these location.
Do you know if in the cockpit area this is possible?
Please any information will be appreciated.
