I have a project with a tower that has a small, monoslope roof. The tower walls are CMU.
The project is mostly light gauge framing (read: no wood framing) so I am considering using light gauge rafters for the tower roof framing. The challenge I am looking at is the end bearing condition. I am not finding any resources on this type of connection. I was hoping Simpson made a light gauge variable pitch connector, similar to their wood offering, but I couldn't find one.
Any other ideas for this detail?
All input is greatly appreciated!
