Slow printing with HydroCAD in Vista

I just bought a new computer with the Vista Home Premium operating system and installed HydroCAD on it. Everything works fine, but I now find that the prinitng on a laser is very slow, with around 10 - 15 seconds between pages. I did not have that problem under XP, and the printing works fine with Word and Wordperfect, so I think it is something with HydroCAD vs. Vista on an HP 1320 laser printer. I do not have the same problem with an HP Photosmart Inkjet, only with the laser.

Has anyone else experienced that situation?

Are you using the driver from HP, or the one included with Vista? The latest driver from HP will generally produce the best results.
