Small inline filter source

Anyone know of a source for small inline filters?

I'm pumping DI water as a test fluid but must keep the fluid and pump clean.

Company called Industrial Specialties has some good stuff

but would like a second
source in case they run out of stuff. Google hasn't worked for me.

Need 5 micron size for 1/8" ID tubing, low pressure. See thru would be nice
but not required. Polymer type would be okay, disposable or serviceable.

Any places that come to mind?
