Can anyone help me source a small pressure relief valve for gas service? I've tried all the manufacturers I can think of, but have turned up nothing. The requirements are:
Set pressure : 0.45 barg.
Max accumulated pressure 0.5 barg.
Size 1/2" or 1" inlet.
Relieving area is about 25 mm2.
Materials : Stainless (essential), PTFE (ideally)
Balanced type.
Flow rate is relatively low, and I'm stuck with an existing vent line, which gives a high built up back pressure. Larger balanced types would chatter excessively due to the low flow. The smallest pilot operated valve I've found is 2", and seems rather over the top.
Any advice?
Thanks
Ian
