Has anybody had problems with using smarteam and catia where the drawings do not show up correctly in the viewer? On some drawings all we get is the titleblock with no geometry.

Also, Has anybody seen a set up where it takes 28minutes to load an assembly with smarteam connected, but it only takes 8 minutes without?

I haven't seen either problem, but I'll bet the second one is related to linked document localization (search order).

Which version of SmarTeam V5 are you using?

We've experienced the CATIA drawing issue with the viewer, as well as long load times.
