Dear All,
I would like to enquire about any experiences with smokeless flare designed for Ringelman 0 AND for the full emergency relief load. The conventional smokeless capacity defined is 15-20% of the emergency load as a continuous flaring case and with Ringelman 1 which corresponds to 20% opacity as per Ringelman Chart and API 537. However, in one of the specific cases, can smokeless capacity be for 100% of the load AND at Ringelman 0 or this needs to be optimized down to Ringelman 1 or 2 otherwise the smokeless capacity requires optimization while maintaining Ringelman 0.
Appreciate your views
