SNAILZ Download

Can anybody help me with a reliable site where I can download the SNAILZ software from CALTRANS? I've been searching for a while and I can't find a reputable site with the software available. Does anyone know why CALTRANS doesn't provide a link from their website?

Any help would be appreciated.

Would there be any reason that SNAILZ is no longer on their site? I found a copy of 3.10 on a backup. Is there a specific version you are looking for?

I normally can find something and am surprised that even wayback time machine doesn't have a cached copy of a directory I was able to find where CALTRANS used to host the file.
