Hello!
I am looking for different examples for a typical plat design for production of Sodium bisulfite solution NaHSO3 (38-40%) that uses sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sulfur dioxide (SO2)as the starting materials. The production scale is around 100 ton/day
The only info i have found is a two rows on a home page that said that there method for producing Sodium bisulfite was a series of abs.towers where NaOH solution was pumped counter current to a SO2 gas stream.
Is there someone here that have some good examples or some more detailed descriptions on how this kind of plant can be designed?
