Soft Open Sprung Hinge

Hi all,

I'm looking for a (all in one) product that will allow me to recreate the exact operation as seen in the attached GIF (and on the SAME SCALE, in terms of general size and weight of the).

specifically a hinge that is sprung (self open when released) and damped (for smooth opening motion).

So far I have found rotary dampers and sprung hinges as separate units and was wondering if there a chance to find something as a single unit.
