I'm from Ontario and we have guidelines for chemical concentrations (e.g., magnesium, chloride, etc.) for decommissioning sites and for site development - as to whether the site is within some prescribed limits. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of these with me.
I was wondering if anyone had a copy of such and could forward me a scanned copy. I am overseas and someone is promoting to the nth degree the use of fly ash as a panacea of every problem. As is expected, fly ash has high concentrations of certain metals. I want to check to see if the percentages here are within guideline levels of other jurisdictions (e.g., Ontario, elsewhere). Any help would be appreciated - it is for personal curiosity.
