Soil nailing in slurry

Hi everyone esp. Mr. PEinc who i've learned very much from him

My question is that a contractor has performed soil nailing in a slurry soil which water level is very high. they have done 4m but they want to go down to 20m but i dont think they can do that, could you please tell me what is the best solution for this situation?

I am unfamiliar with your term "soil slurry." Please explain. To economically build a soil nail wall, the soil shoud have sufficient fines and shear strength to allow a stable, vertical cut of about 5 feet. The soil should have enough stability to allow drilling open, uncased nail holes. There should not be flowing or seeping ground water that would cause sloughing of the excavated face or cause the shotccrete facing to push off the soil face behind the shotcrete. It is easy to design a soil nail wall in a loose, granular, wet soil. It's another thing to try building it.
