I'm intend to install solar power plant (500KW) on a ship. Anyone Knows about any other similar projects or links related?

That must be a very big boat. Insolation is about 1 kw/sq m, efficiency say 10%.

500 kw is about the size of a large emergency / auxiliary generator set on a standard commercial vessel ....so what are you designing....a supply boat?
