Solar Heat Gain to a Water-Filled Pipeline

I'm looking for some guidance so I can estimate the solar heat gain to a water-filled pipeline. This problem does not concern a solar water heater, but will probably be a similar solution. I'd also like to include convection from a 5 mph wind. My assumption is that this problem would be radiation/convection to the pipewall and conduction from the pipewall to the pipeline contents (static water). I'm looking for a quick set of calculations to give a good estimate. Any suggestions?

I'd just take the average solar radiation level and assume that got 100% transferred to the water. Ought to be close enough.
