Soldering

I cannot seem to find information on silver soldering to 154CM stainless.
I'm a knive maker and I need stats on this process if it is possible. Manly so I don't over temper my blade in the process.

Silver soldering is the generic term for brazing with silver alloys. You need to look at your braze alloy, determine a working temperature, and then compare this to the temper data for your steel grade.

If you went to one of the knife forums such as Bladeforums, I would answer it and other questions as a metallurgy advisor !!
Use a 95Sn-5Ag solder and use a flux that states 'for use on stainless steel'. Typical solder techniques are important - heat the blade to melt the solder ,the torch doesn't melt it. Take the time and effort to carefully fit the parts .Look for a .003" gap for proper capillary flow and max strength.
