Soldier Pile/Lagging Design/Underpinning

Does anyone know of good references for soldier pile/lagging design with and without tieback/bracing?

I'm also looking for design examples of underpinning.

For temporary conditions I typically use the Caltrans Trenching & Shoring Manual as a reference. Its free online and has a lot of good info.
