Solid bodies and multiple bodies

Hi everyone. I'm bussy on a motorcycle frame, I have made the assembly, but if I wanna do an analyse on that cosmos tells me that he can not work with "multibodies". Do's anyone of you know how I can make the assambly to a solidbodie..??

I have tryed it, but now I have a new problem: cosmos says that there are a few open faces.
But I have solved that by joining every part togheter. Now I have a new question: a part that can rotate, how do I have to mate it to another part??
