Solid Edde V19 Error license

hello. i have problem with licensing SE V19. i use license before install.after install i want run program and it's error.
license file is 100% workning (i have academic version from my school).
i have deleted registry in regedit, bud nothing:-(

Could be the Windows 7 64-bit.
V19 was never intended for W7.

Where would we be without sat-nav?

V20 not run, too
and V19 runed, but after I uninstall and now not run
reinstall windows? :-((
