Solid Edge Free 2D Drafting?

Can the Solid Edge Free 2D Drafting program, open .dft files frome the solid edge v.19 just to change som simple fetures as text? and lines that was done in the full version of solid edge "drawing editor".

Yes, you can change some simple featues including any 2D geometry that was drawn in the full version. Geometry that is linked to a 3D model is not accessible. You can't dimension it or even select it.
