Solid Edge ST3 Design Body

Hi all,

In synchronous mode, after drawing some sketches, placing text, and placing an annotation balloon, faces are no longer selectable. Mousing over most of the model seems like the model is not even there. In some places it lets me select only the whole "Design Body" instead of individual faces.

Anyone know what's up?

It is difficult to say, would you mind sharing the part file to see if I can replicate the problem?
