Solid Edge ST5 "Save copy As"

Hello - We recently installed ST5 and I am not able to use "save copy as" on new parts I create (icon on menu and ribbon are both greyed out). Many, but not all of older parts I have used allow me to save copy as. This seems true for assemblies also. Can anyone give me possible reasons and solutions for this issue?
