Solid Edge Standard Parts Database Manager

Searched previous threads and didn't see an answer anywhere.

Is it possible to install the standard parts administrator on two separate workstations?
I need to make some modifcations to the property files of hundreds of standard parts, and the database manager seems the best way.

Was able to run database administrator from a virtual machine.
