Solid Edge V17 Radius Arrow

Hello,
I would like to globally set the direction of my radius arrow so that it points in the correct location.
Is there a global setting for this?
When I first installed the software it was always pointing to the radius when I used the smart Dimension for years, now for some reason the arrow head is on the opposite site.
How can I globally change this so the arrow head and leader point to the radius without re-installing the program?
