Solid Edge Viewer Not Allowing Sections

Hi All,

We are currently on an old (ancient) version of Solid Edge (version 18 I believe).

I have to present something to a client tomorrow and was hoping to take along my laptop with the Free solid edge viewer.

The latest version of the viewer opens the file perfectly but will not allow me to mark up or take sections.

Is there a way of saving the file to enable these options in the viewer to become live?

The file has to be saved as a .pcf file (packaged collaboration file) with the paid version View and Markup. The paid version is included as part of the solid edge install. The free viewer only has viewing capability. I believe the free viewer can do what you are asking, but only if it opens a pcf file that has already been saved with the paid version.
