solid vs flexible cable

for a 15kw boiler which cable will be better choice solid or stranded?

In my opinion, if it is on roof installed, vibration would be expected [wind] and dilatation. Some slack has to be provided also. I think 3*4 mm^2 [15 kW, 400 V] class 2 [stranded, IEC 60228] would be ok.[ul]
