Solid Works Virtual representation (Mock-up)

[CAD2015]

Catia has a very powerful workbench (tool) called DMU Navigator.
(It is a virtual representation of Catia file - not sure if my statement is correct....)!
It is used for creating Kinematics, measurements, sectioning, etc. files.
Does Solid Works have a similar tool as well?
