Solidedge Installation error

Hi folks,
I have got an error while starting up the Solidedge application which I installed.The error reads "the program can't start because
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
Just followed the instructions in the read me file.But no idea.
I use windows 7 64 bit machine.
Need your support please.

Tried this. But still unable to get through. Got the same error. Unable to uninstall as well. Need your support please again.
