SolidWorks 2001 API, How do you call/use InsertSplitLineProject?

I'm trying to insert a split line projection from within a C++ DLL, utilizing COM function calls.

I have created a macro that will perform the desired tasks. However, when I implement the same logic in C++, it fails on the SelectByMark for the sketch. Any thoughts?
