Hi,
I have a couple of questions concerning drafting with SolidWorks. I have been having some issues when modifying annotation text. When I modify the text it seems to be mirrored above the original annotation text. I dont think it's a graphics card problem because this 'doubled' annotation prints on the final drawing unless I position the annotation so that the doubled text is off the drawing page. I seem to be having a problem with thread annotations as well. The hidden lines on a threaded hole seem to show themselves intermittently. Cosmetic threads are selected to be shown, but there are no hidden lines in any display mode, it just looks like a normal hole. I'd appreciate any help on this!!

It's because your editing the text of the callout and removing the text in that dimension. Don't do that! if you don't like the way it's being called out change it in the Calloutformat.txt file. If that is going to work for you the workaround is to add the text with an Annotation.

i have had custoemrs call in about this in SW04. And the workaround still stands.
