Solidworks 2005 dll Problems. Please help!!!

I got popped up window says "Unable to find an approprite resource dll" when i tried to install Solidworks 2005. What does this mean and where can i find this dll files? Please help!

Clean the disk.

Make sure the CD is not bad. Put it into a complately different machine and make sure it works.

Make sure your CD-ROM can read other CD's

Try coping all the 3 CD's onto your HDD and place them into on directory. Overwrite all the files when it askes you. Be sure you place it all in one directory and not into 3 separate ones.

I have never seen that message during the install, but I have seen it while running SolidWorks. (I was trying to run the hole wizard after uninstalling Toolbox.)
