SolidWorks 2011

I just started a new job with a company that's using SW 2011. I don't seem to have the "Hot Keys" turned on - eg: the control-numeric keys don't change view orientation. Nobody here seems to know how to turn the shortcut toggle on. Any help?

Right click on the header and click Customize. Take a look at the keyboard shortcuts to see if they are there. You can reset to factory defaults or make your own.
