Solidworks 2014 Admin image changes 1

I posted on the SW forum yesterday about some complaints about the 2014 Admin image and option editor. However I posted solutions to those complaints. I thought I would share the link with all of you, so those that can access the SW forum can review my post... I admit its long an drawn out like most of my posts, but I think its fair to understand why I did, what I did, and the solutions to their changes.
