I faced the problem in solidworks explorer.
As i was trying to search for anything, it was giving me an script error (see attached) "object doesn't support property or method "beginElement"". and it didn't search for anything.
The problem not with solidworks, but with internet explorer 9.
After i uninstalled it search command resume to work fine.
