SolidWorks Material Question

Hello All,

Does anyone have the particulars for creating ASTM A-500 Square tubing material in SW 2004, so that I can use COSMOSXpress more efficiently?
My background is in Injetion Molded Plastics Design, NOT metal, but since being laid off, and on my own, I take what I can get.
Please help a metal neophite!
