I need to update drawing template for information about weight and surface. We use generally units MMGS, and I cannot change it. We have also own standard BOM table, those is not allowed to modify it.
I want to show weight in kg, and surface in m2. I have idea to add in template of model file properties with weight and surface. It was easy
, but I received information in grams, and mm2. The next step was to create new own small table in drawing format with those positions, and add columns where units were converts to kg, and m2. I had hope it will be works. On the begging it was works, but I noticed, that values are not updated. Do you have idea how can I solve it in ease way. I do not want to create extra buttons, outside files. I want, that will be filled automatically, because from nature people are lazy, and if it will not be working automatically no one will fill in it. Thanks in advance for idea and helps. BTW I work in SW 2019 SP5.
