Hello,
I am currently working on a VB project to automate
the design of a few parts. Everything was working
great until I decided to start using equations in
Solidworks to help speed up the process...
The first two automated parts in this project there
were only a couple of integrated Solidworks equations.
Everything worked fine. The last couple of parts
there are several integrated Solidworks equations and
every once in a while (maybe every 20-30 parts through
an automation run) the integrated Solidworks equations
will not resolve properly.
When this happens all hell breaks loose... all parts
thereafter lose the ability to resolve any integrated
equations and I have to restart Solidworks. Funny thing
is that when Solidworks is restarted I can run the
same part through that caused the problems and it will
work perfectly!
This is freaking me out. I'm considering taking out
all of the integrated Solidworks equations and putting
them on the VB side... but before I do I wanted to know
if anyone else has experienced this and has a solution.
Thanks in advance for any help!
