Solidworks Virtual Memory Low and its Crashes

Dear All,

I am using Solidworks 2012 64 Bit with 16 GB RAM and with Windows7.

and need to insert Hardwares in to Main Panel assembly Like hardwares (Screws, Nut, Bolt, Washers) etc..

After adding hardwares (may be more than 500's or More) I got solid works Virtual Memory Error.
and Its crashes.

Due to avoid this problem I usally make practice for saving after some times.

Is there any setting than I can increase performance by solidworks setting.
