Just to close out an issue I raised a while back, in thread961-215743.
Jardine Technology Limited's "MAROS" is designed to operate in the manner I described in my original posting. However, this wasn't giving me the feedback I needed for that particualr piece of work.
After hearing about my need to record the changeover of equipment as I described, Jardine said that they would make a change to the software, and add a new feature into the simulation options which would allow equipment to switch over and remain in operation as I originally needed.
So the bottom line is if you're using MAROS, don't be afraid to ask the people who develop it to make some improvements. There's no guarantee that it'll happen, but perhaps (as in this case), it will, which could make your life a whole lot easier.
Cheers,
- Steve.
