Solution to reinforce shell plate on the saddle 3

Dear All,
our client has a problem with corroded shell plate on the saddle place and based on the stress analysis, the stress is too much at that place.we recommend him to consider new vessel but he needs a temporary solution.(ID=3m, TL-TL=8m,and theres 3 saddles)
please let me know your idea for this matter.
