Solver won't start using Femap

I've been having a recurring issue where I will launch an analysis through Femap using a connected NEI Nastran solver and nothing happens. When I launch the analyis through Femap, I just get a blank, black screen and nothing at all happens. This will happen after I've run dozens of analyses in the same model file and successfully obtain results. It seems to randomly happen and I can't figure out why, especially because it does not seem to create any output files. This has happened to me in numerous different model files. If I export the analysis and run it directly in NEI Nastran, it works just fine. I can then import the results, but this process is rather annoying. I attached a picture of what I am talking about. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
