I cant seem to get this to work, any suggestions?
a:0
b:0
c:0

Given
76-60-b*3000-a*2000=0 (bouleian =)
80-c*4000-60-b*3000=0 (bouleian =)
c=a+b (bouleian =)

Find(a,b,c)=

then i get an error in the find that says the variable or function is not defined above...help

Not too sure what you mean by Boolean = , I think you have to use the x=y button.

try varying your initial guesses

try using minerr

The error message confuses me, I think the cause may be a typo somewhere rather than the above.

Not sure what you're doing wrong. It works in v11.

Take a look at your text styles. Everything should be "variables" except the numbers, 76, 60, etc., which should be "constants".

I've run into the same problem with a different system of equations and I cannot get any results.
I've tried the system as above (mathcad V13) and got same message "Function not defined" or "This variable is undefined".
Any help?
I can e-mail my system of equations to whoever is interested in giving me a hand.
Thanks
