Some lines hidden some not??

Check this image out. The green part with the teeth cut in it should be under the white part but only pieces of the part in drafting are hidden. Very odd.

Are the parts and views up to date?
Is there any interference between the bodies?
Are you working with all solid bodies?
Do all the bodies pass geometry validation?
