some problems about composite plates subjected to three point bending

Hello, everyone, I did a simulation about composite plates including intralaminar and interlaminar subjected to three point bending. But the curve of load vs displacement is pretty error. I don't know how to analyze.
About my mode: composite layup are made of continue shell and the intralaminar is controlled by hashin critirion, and adhesive is mode of cohesive element.
