Sonic velocity of Si3N4 2

I am looking for sonic velocity of silicon nitride but I could not find it anyway.Can somebody help me?

Here is the data that I have. I have no information as to the specific material.

Silicon Nitride.

VL mm/micro s 11.06

VS mm/micro s 6.25

Density g/cm3 3.27

ZL Mrayl 36.0

The Coors data doesn't list sonic velocities, but

Hot pressed, density = 3.31 and modulus = 311GPa
reaction bonded, density = 2.5 and modulus = 179GPa

And I don't remember how to calculate it.
