There are different types of soot blower.
long retractable soot blower.
short retractable soot blower
stationary soot blower
furnace wall soot blower
rake type soot blower for boiler SCR
they are used in different locations of boiler to keep it clean.
steam flow (steam consumption) is different according the OEM design.
it is better to get advice from them.
