Is it possible to measure analytically the sound pressure difference between two end of pipe? if yes how?

((I need to compare with the practically measured one using microphone, FFT - definitely would be T-loss, power difference not the pressure)

Yup, there's a standard result for the power in a duct from a pressure measurement, if that is what you mean. I don't know it off the top if my head, it is in any standard acooustics book that deals with ducts.

I don't want to correlate sound pressure & power.
But, want to calculate how much attenuation(sound pressure level difference)can get between ends of pipe using analytical method.

I was wondering if anyway, by using length & dia will help me to caluclate how much attenuate i can get?

(Sound Pressure level = 20 log P/P0, Sound power level - 10 log (W/W0))

you might find something about this in Krautkramer (Ultrasonic testing of materials)

Sorry don't know it from the top of my head.

johnab, you need to read a basic acoustics book. Transmission Loss of cylindrical ducts is a standard case.
